Events
The Downtown Partnership produces several annual events but has also played a major role in the coordination, implementation and encouraging of new events from out of the area to come downtown. For information on bringing an event downtown or if you need assistance with an event, contact us at 314.436.6500.
Downtown Living Tours
The CID coordinates the Downtown Living Tours, showcasing the variety of downtown spaces, places and the perks of being a part of the downtown neighborhood. Usually held bi-annually, what has become a free event entices those interested in living downtown an opportunity to see why over 12,000 call downtown home!

Downtown Restaurant Week
Each summer the Downtown CID partners with Synergy Productions to host the Annual Downtown Restaurant Week. This year’s event will be held August 23-28, 2010. Over 15,000 people took part in last year’s restaurant week where 25 of downtown's finest dining establishments offered a special dining promotion of three-course dinners for a fixed price of $25 per person, plus tip and tax. There are no passes to buy, coupons to carry or cards to punch. Patrons simply attend the participating restaurant of their choice to enjoy the promotion. For more information, visit www.downtownstl.org.
Post Office Plaza Event Programming
The completion of the Old Post Office Plaza inspired a series of outdoor events for people of all ages. From Outdoor Lunchtime Concerts to the Not So Quiet Series there’s a full list of events to keep you busy all summer long. For a full calendar, click here.

Event Promotion
The Downtown CID partners with the City of St. Louis on downtown event coordination and also distributes events related materials to keep the public abreast of street and sidewalk closures associated with events, Transportation Updates, as well as a Downtown events calendar.
Solicitation and support for additional/new downtown events
