The Downtown St. Louis Community Improvement District (CID) has worked for the last thirteen years to provide a cleaner, safer, more attractive environment that protects existing investment, attracts new investment, and creates a more vibrant business and residential community in the central core of Downtown St. Louis.
The following summary provides an update on the activities, initiatives and programs implemented as a direct result of the funding made available through the CID and Downtown property owners.
