Company Name

The Chouteau District encompasses the entire southern boundary of downtown stretching from the Mississippi River on the east to Jefferson Ave. on the west. The district offers a diverse mix of historic warehouses, light industrial; open land and rail yards as well as large corporate campuses for Nestle Purina and Ameren. Ultimately, the district will evolve into three distinct neighborhoods that will offer great skyline views, water features, bike trails and “green” development. The district is also adjacent to such popular south city neighborhoods as Soulard, Lasalle Park and Lafayette Square.
