Roberts Galerie & Lofts


1224 Washington Avenue

Construction is underway on the $8.5 million historic renovation of Roberts Galerie & Lofts at 1224 Washington Avenue.  The project will feature 22 rental units and ground floor retail space. The mixed-use development also includes underground parking, an interior retail Galerie with enclosed twelve-foot high glass corridors on the first floor and for-lease office space on the second. Floors 3-8 include a variety of loft units sized for the current market demand. Michael Roberts of Roberts Companies, leads the team with Paric Corporation as general contractor and Rosemann & Associates, P.C. providing architectural services.
