The wine is selected, the date is set, & sweet spring weather is on its way! Three Sixty’s Annual Sip into Spring event is back this April! Enjoy an intimate five course dinner paired with vintaged wines from the Hess Collection. The Hess Collection recently celebrated its 30th vintage, establishing a new level of quality driven by a decade-long vineyard redevelopment plan. Breanna Burgess from the Hess Family Estate Winery will be joining the dinner to discuss each featured paring. For the culinary piece, Rex Hale, the Corporate Executive Chef for Lodging Hospitality, along with Andrew Kariagannis and Ryan Maher from Three Sixty, will be joining the dinner.
