The Partnership's recently completed strategic plan and subsequent Downtown Next public engagement process clearly identified the need to establish a distinct downtown brand supported by an expanded communications program. As a result, the Downtown Community Improvement District (CID) has hired Waylon Advertising and Fleishman Hillard to guide us through this strategic marketing initiative.
