Betting on St. Louis

The Park Pacific building at 13th and Olive streets is under new ownership. GCP Pacific purchased the building from developer Steve Smith, citing recent significant real estate investments Downtown as reasons to be bullish on its success. 

“Our Downtown is already historic, grand, and beautiful,” said Daniel Weisman, asset manager for Park Pacific. “The energy is also shifting, and there are plenty of good citizens and private investors excited to be part of a Downtown St. Louis turnaround.” (STLToday)
