Downtown St. Louis Cocktail Bar, Restaurant Sets Opening Date: The Moniker, a new cocktail lounge and small plates restaurant opens June 19 at 1000 Washington Avenue, offering a chef-driven, globally inspired menu and an experience-focused bar featuring craft spirits from small distilleries. The Moniker is a recent recipient of a Downtown Retail Incentive Grant from Greater St. Louis, Inc. and the City of St. Louis. (KSDK/5 On Your Side)
