Purina Pledges $2M to Brickline Pedestrian Trail: Purina will work with Great Rivers Greenway to install pet water and waste stations along the Brickline so that dog owners have the amenities needed to enjoy the greenway while promoting responsible pet ownership. (St. Louis Business Journal) 

Reversing an ‘urban doom loop’ in St. Louis through office-to-residential conversion:  “The future of Downtown St. Louis is clearly not stagnant, and significant capital is already moving within the submarket.
