Irish Ambassador Finds Good Reason to Be in St. Louis: Ireland’s ambassador to the U.S., Geraldine Byrne Nason, kicked off her first visit to Missouri in Downtown St. Louis last week. She met with Mayor Cara Spencer, local legislators, and business leaders to highlight trade ties and promote collaboration between Irish and Missouri companies. Yes, she visited the Arch too. Hall of Fame Weekend at Busch Stadium: The St. Louis Cardinals will celebrate Hall of Fame Weekend with exclusive giveaways, special events, and plenty of fan-friendly surprises at the ballpark.
