Major Investment in Downtown Living

 

St. Louis-based development firm New + Found will invest $195 million to restore Downtown’s Mansion House apartments, preserving its midcentury design while modernizing 415 apartments — a project New + Found CEO Steve Smith calls “a long-term reinvestment in the city’s core.”  
 
The 29-story tower that will include 130 studio, 207 one-bedroom, and 78 two-bedroom living spaces. Lawrence Group is the project’s architecture firm, and PARIC will serve as general contractor. Arch to Park Equity Fund, which Greater St. Louis, Inc. coordinates, provided gap financing for the project.
