New Retail And Restaurants Drive Foot Traffic

After a highly successful first year that saw eight businesses receive grants to open, expand, or improve their businesses Downtown St. Louis, Greater St. Louis, Inc. and the City of St. Louis announced recently the launch of the second round of a Downtown Retail Incentive Program.
